Yesterday I was doing Brand Ambassador work today I am relaxing and unwinding. My pups are laying next to me chilling out.
But of course I had my protein and still drinking plenty of water! So today is my day off from working out! It’s always good to take one or two days off from your workout schedule. Your body needs time to recover.
If you are tired your body is tired. Feed your body healthy and workout but by all means recover as well!
