I had a lot going on today but I still did my protein shake which is Spartan whey I love it and it isn’t too costly. I buy it on Amazon! I didn’t have a lot of time for my workout felt guilty. I still did 20 min jogging on treadmill and a. Or hit of weights. Even if you just do your squat up and down your hallway. Or you do sit-ups in your room. Just try to do something!
