I had a few appoint but I made sure I got my cardio in today running on the treadmill. I would of loved to do my weights but I am dog sitting for three prey babies and didn’t want them to wait for me!

Did my protein shakes but the one little devil got my vegetables. I left the room for two min max. The bowl was in the center of the table. I walk in and he is finishing my vegetables! But I can’t be mad because I love animals too much!

So tonight bed early and I will get my weights in the morning !
