Did spin and went for a jog. And here in Texas you sweat. But make sure you hydrate. I am doing high protein low carbs and calorie deficit.
My sleep I have been managing but I have been reading articles that say you have a higher BMI if you don’t have regular sleep. So I have always had bad sleep. And unfortunately in Texas I can’t get my ambien. (they are to you right here with prescriptions especially if you have been on the meds for 12 years and they work.
So my sleep I have been getting better but that’s a mountain I am trying to tackle !
Anyone else ?
