I think Mantras go a long way with life not just yoga !

I think mantras can be a great part of everyday life. It can get motivated.  It can help you get through the day when your feeling not so motivated or hard on yourself.  I am guilty of that myself. I always tell people I am harder on myself than others. I am learning that most people are.  If we could escape that voice inside our heads we would be spiritually richer for that. But its part of the process.

So my mantra every day this week is “I GOT THIS!!!”
