Sometimes  you just have to meditate and take some alone time to find your center.  We all at times feel tired and mentally exhausted. Take time for yourself. Take a walk and with every breathe, every step thank the universe, thank yourself. Appreciate all your happy memories and those to come.  Today I spent reading and soaking in the fresh and that’s what I needed to feel revived and grounded.
