I received this in one of the gift packages I receive from various gift boxes monthly. I loved it. It didn’t tangle my hair or give me a headache like I sometimes get when wearing rubber bands or hair ties. I didn’t try it running yet but as for Yoga it was perfect and quickly putting it up running around town it was very comfortable.
They do say to take it out slowly which I agree with. It basically looks similar to the old cords on older phones.. (which those I love..!!!)
