Sometimes we get into our heads. I was so sure I wouldn’t enjoy Iyengar level 2 bc I like a vinyasa flow and the spiritual reasons and music. Yet again the universe showed me it’s not always what you think. I was thinking strict more stressful and for strength and shoulder stands and hand stands in proper safe technique that’s the way to go! I am grateful to enjoyed Jill’s class in tuckahoe at yogahaven!
