I try to sleep and settle in meditate after reading and I fall asleep and then wake up and last night was horrible I think I slept like 3 hrs. I try everything from a sound machine, fan, ear plugs, eye mask, cool room, all electronics off 30 min prior. Then reading and still not a good night sleep I feel like I am sleep walking right now. I have tried teas, natural melatonin, and my dctra had my prescriptions a long time ago. I wish I could figure why I am waking when I have fallen sleep soundly then poof wide eyed and bushy tailed.
