One of my favourite books that I read recently is called “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living” by Dale Carnegie. Put simply, it’s a guide on how to stop worrying about the trivial things that happen in your life. Whether you’re stressed about things that haven’t happened or you’re letting people get in your head, Dale will teach you how to conquer your worry.

The best thing about this book is that it’s practical. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out. Anyone can apply his simple tips and observe the results right away. Dale uses real life examples of people who have been through terrible times to help deliver these lessons.
